Q. I'm not familiar with website development. Is that okay?
A. Absolutely! During our web consultations, we will provide detailed explanations about all aspects of website creation and management. We also guide you through topics such as domains, servers, WordPress, CMS, SEO, and security in an easy-to-understand manner.
Q. Can I schedule a meeting for a discussion?
A. Of course! At LEO PRO STUDIO, we prioritize understanding our clients’ values visions. Please let us know your thoughts and ideas.
Q. Do you provide SEO support?
A. We do conduct initial SEO optimization, but achieving top rankings on search engines overnight is impossible. SEO highly values quality content, and for this reason, continuous improvement by the client is necessary. We will provide explanations on this point during the delivery of your website.
Q. How much does website development cost?
A. The cost may vary based on the volume, special features, and use of paid materials. As an example, for a basic 3-page website, the development cost starts from ¥ 70,000. Optional services such as smartphone compatibility (+ ¥20,000) or additional pages (+ ¥10,000) are available. For detailed information, please refer to our Service and Pricing page.
Q. Can you assist with initial consultations and deciding what type of website to create?
A. Yes, absolutely! We value learning about our clients’ ideas, challenges, and goals. Based on that information, we will work together to design the most suitable structure and an effective layout for you.
Q. If I want to revamp the design of my website, can I use the existing content?
A. When redesigning a website, reusing existing content is possible. However, since we use WordPress and Divi tools for development, certain parts or contents may need to be recreated. During the consultation phase, we can discuss which parts to keep as they are and which parts to be improved or added.
Q. Do you perform website analytics and tracking of its performance?
A. We can set up Google Analytics, a tool that allows for website analytics and performance measurement. We can provide guidance on basic usage, but you will be responsible for downloading and analyzing the actual data. If you wish to receive reports and more extensive support, consider our Website Maintenance Service.
Q. How can I manage blog posts and news content?
A. We use WordPress as a content management system (CMS) to develop your website. Its user-friendly interface allows clients to easily create, edit, and publish articles, enabling smooth content management such as blogs and news. We also provide explanations on how to operate it if necessary.

A. ウェブサイトのセキュリティ対策には、SSL化(通信の暗号化)の導入やファイアウォールの設定など、最新のセキュリティ技術を活用しています。また、ホームページの保守運用サービスにお申し込みのクライアント様については、定期的なセキュリティの監視やアップデートも行い、ウェブサイトを安全に運営できるように対応いたします。
Q. How long does it take to complete the website development?
A. The timeframe varies depending on the project’s scale and requirements. For a basic 3-page website, the estimated development period is approximately 3 to 5 weeks. Detailed production schedules will be discussed during the consultation stage.
Q. How is website security handled?
A. Website security is ensured by utilizing the latest security technologies, such as SSL encryption for communication and firewall settings. For clients who opt for our Website Maintenance Service, we also provide regular security monitoring and updates to maintain a safe website operation which is highly reccommended.
Q. What about website maintenance and management?
A. We offer support in these areas. Apart from the Basic Package, we provide a Website Maintenance Service that includes server and domain management, regular backups, security monitoring, and more.
Q. Can I request modifications or additions during the development process?
A. Yes, we are flexible in accommodating modifications or additions during the development process based on your requirements. However, significant modifications may incur additional costs, so please keep that in mind. We can discuss specific modification or addition details during meetings and progress updates.
Q. Is there a post-development support system in place?
A. Yes, we provide after-support. Even after delivering the website, we will respond promptly and courteously to your inquiries and issues for a certain period. Additionally, we can offer complimentary minor adjustments, up to a few places for free of charge.
Q. Can you create mobile-friendly designs for the website?
A. Yes, we can create responsive designs that are easy to view and use on smartphones and tablets. For a + ¥20,000 fee additional option, we can implement responsive design apart of the Basic Package, so please let us know your preferences during the consultation. Q. Can you provide writing or content creation service?
A. We are afraid to inform you that content creation and writing are currently not within the scope of our services.
Q. Can I handle updates and maintenance for the website after development?
A. Yes, for items like news and blog posts, we design the website in a way that clients can manage them on their own. We incorporate a Content Management System (CMS) that allows for easy additions and edits, and we provide explanations and support for its operation as needed.
Q. Are domain and hosting fees included in the website development cost?
A. Generally, domain and hosting fees are not included in the website development cost. However, we can assist you with the setup and configuration of domains and hosting, ensuring a smooth opening process.
